Return Policy

For products purchased on this site you are entitle to return any product within 30 days for a full refund. To facilitate this please call 01926 441030 during normal office hours to request a return form. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods so you may wish to ensure that you have sufficient carriage insurance. Goods should be returned to us in a saleable condition. Whilst you are in receipt of the goods it is your responsibility to take 'reasonable care' of them. Failure to do so may incur a handling charge of 20%.

You must inspect your goods immediately upon receipt for any damage. If you do receive an item in a damaged condition, then you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to make a prompt claim against the delivery company. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to accept liability. The delivery note must be marked 'Goods Received Damaged'.

Damaged goods will either have to be returned to us with all costs incurred being met by us, or dependent upon the item, a replacement may be despatched promptly without the need for return of the damaged original.

If the product is faulty, then we will meet all costs involved with returning the product to us and you will be entitled to a full refund. We reserve the right to inspect the products on return and verify any faults before issuing a refund.

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of Acts of God, War and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock-outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports, or any other cause not within the reasonable control of GYS Ltd.
